More Memories Of Uniform - Hawks Edition

I've put off working on this project for a few months, using the excuse that I was waiting for a couple sets from Ryan.  Now that I've gotten everything, it's time to dive back in...

Quick history of the Hawks - they were found in 1938 and known simply as Nankai.  They briefly changed their name during the war to Kinki Nippon and then were known as Kinki Great Ring just after the war before changing their name to the Nankai Hawks, the name they were known by for the next 40 plus years.  Following the 1988 season, Nankai sold the team to Daiei, who moved it from Osaka to Fukuoka, changing the name of the team to the Fukuoka Daiei Hawks.  Daiei sold the team to Softbank following the 2004 season.  Softbank renamed the team to the name it is currently known by - the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks.

As always, I am using The History Of Uniform and Professional Baseball Uniforms Encyclopedia 1936-2013 as my primary sources.  Neither source differentiates between home and away uniforms until 1951.

Notes:

The only difference between the 1993-98 uniforms and the 1999-2004 uniforms are the red bills on the caps.  Similarly, the biggest difference between the 2005 uniforms and the later ones is the yellow bill on the cap.

There were two different versions of the 1980 alternate uniform - one with a black numeral on the front and one with a red number.  I didn't use the Nobuyuki Kagawa card from the Memories Of Uniform set to illustrate this uniform because it was impossible to see which version of the uniform it was.

I think I was able to locate cards for 51 of 64 uniforms.  Not too bad for a team going back to 1938!

UPDATE 5/9/17 - Added Daichi Hoshino card showing 2013 Alternate uniform

Weird that in 2014, they wore the 1972-76 home uniform in a Turn Back the Clock game, but instead of going full sansabelt baseball pants, they wore belted pants with a striped tunnel loop made to look like they were sansabelt baseball pants. Do you know who the uniform manufacturer was?
